Causes?
* Being overstretched
* Sprinting/Change in movement
* Resistance on leg
* Not warming up
How is it diagnosed?
Tests include-
*range of motion test *resistance test
Signs/Symptoms?
*Sharp pain in main muscle or higher up where the tendon attaches to the pelvic bone.
*Felt when running or change in movement.
*swelling/bruising may occur
How is it treated?
*Small easy stretching
*P.R.I.C.E
*Strength and conditioning
Rehabilitation
Different stretching technics include-
*Seated ball stretch
*Backlying adductor muscle stretch
*Side lying stretch
