Protagonist: • White t-shirt- connotes innocence • Black jeans and shoes- creates contrast with the white t-shirt and represents the contrast between good and evil shown in the film
Antagonist • Black jeans, hoody and trainers- connotes evil and power • Red bandana- creates mystery, and the colour red connotes danger, blood, violence and anger
• Second man- blue suit with brown shoes- creates contrast between the two agents, and shows that they are more powerful and richer. Blue connotes peacefulness, so the government agent will be calm and relaxed. They will also wear black sunglasses to create mystery and hide their identity.
Government agents:
• First man- black suit and shoes, to represent the stereotypical government agent
Make-up
Shot wound- we will use fake blood and liquid latex to create an extremely realistic shot wound, for when the protagonist gets shot.
Lighting
Reality: -Daytime -High key lighting -Creates contrast with the flashbacks, which mainly use low key lighting
Chase scene: -Evening -Low key lighting -Reflects the danger facing the protagonist and builds up the suspense, as night time has connotations of crime, evil, darkness, mystery
Torture scene: -Night time -Low key lighting -Reflects the evil protagonist and creates tension, because the audience cannot see all that is going on
The courier collecting the parcel: -Daytime -High key lighting -Juxtaposes with the danger that the courier is in whilst in possession of the parcel -Reflects the innocence of the courier and the fact that he has no idea of the seriousness of his situation
Props
Weapons • Knife which obviously connotes death through its sharp and dangerous edges. • The syringe connotes more than just a hazard, it suggests drugging of something. Objects • The parcel says “confidential” and signifies importance to the audience as its for certain peoples eyes only • The clipboard reads in small print “classified” again suggesting some significance that its only to be read by certain people. • Lamp used to illuminate the characters when the two government officials are having a conversation, it helps keep there identity hidden but gives the audience slight hints by showing half of there face. Extras • Fake blood to be smeared on the protagonists hand. It connotes a wound and weakens the characters persona. • Draw string bag- The protagonist carries the p arcel in his bag

Characters
• Main protagonist- Will Brook plays the overall main character who is captured when trying to deliver the package. He fits in and doesn't stand out much like his character in the film. • Antagonist- Marius Amann will be playing our villain. He's tall and blonde, two key characteristics in defying a thriller antagonist. • Ruth Watson- she will be a passerby on the street during the chase scene. We added her for more of a gender equal based film. • Agent 1- Ashley Ford-Begnor plays him because he’s quite tall and masculine to fit the role. • Agent 2- Oliver Watson will be this second agent because of his smaller and skinnier build. This will create contrast within the film and an anti- stereotype which will appeal to certain audiences. • Person who gives the parcel to the protagonist- only hand seen so we will be using a friend.
