Its no secret of what my outcome was
As you can see I mixed my conventional art skills with graphic work to make a visually eye catching outcome.
The process was not long and took a lot of good planning.
Sketching the image
The first step was actually taking an image from the photo shoot then sketching it by hand with pen.
I went with the rushed style and left some areas unshaded on purpose so i could manipulate the lines and show the texture from underneath
Human Technology
Luckily free hand sketching is something I do normally as i study art. After playing with the curves of the image it made it easier for me to map out the edges then draw.
USING PHOTOSHOP WITH SCANNER
Fun part.
Main reason i call this the fun part is because when I use photoshop i keep the tutorials I watch to a minimum and try to have as much fun as i can with the image. It feels more natural that way.
After scanning the image into photshop i then deleted the coloursand reverted it to black and white and added some bars to set me off.
Main reason i chose black is because in my mind i knew i would have to grunge the texture and black and white works the best for changing opacity and editing.
