One of the other places that we contacted was Studio Space in E1 Pennington St, I cam across the studio on Shootfactory.com. The site advertises, photography and filming studios as well as events venues and apartments to hire out. We selected Studio Space because the information that the website provided us was that it the studio building has a black and white area that could be hired. Compared to Work Rate Studio, this on was a lot better in terms of space and professionalism, looking at the picture there was also very good lighting surrounding the studio as well as natural lighting in the white studio. This would have been perfect as that was exactly what we was looking for. It would be so convenient for us as we has two settings in one locations.
When I contacted Studio Space, I was so shock to how much their rates were for hiring their space. The rates they offered was a minimum of £300 for two hours, which was way out of our budget, I explained to her that we want to hire the studio film a music video but as it was part of our college project but the lowest she could lower the price is to £250, and still that was way out of our league. Not only was it way too expensive for us, because our project a official major project with a higher budget, this meant that they would have to favour the professional team instead of our project.
