Analysis of previous student's digipak and advertisement
'video 11' digipak and advertisement analysis:
what i like about their digipak and advertisement :
- I like the location of the music video as the background of the album cover- shows a garden and the guitar which represents the genre and type of artist that is being promoted.
- synergy- artists wears similar clothing (check-shirt) in music video which helps audience remember the most current 'single'
- I also like the font - i think it suites the artists in particular , this is because its bold yet simple and the audience can read the artist name clearly
what i don't like about video 11 :
1)
the font was a bit too close
to the artists face. this is
especially on the CD
The album is slanted on the
advertisement and so the audience may have to turn their head to view the album properly

He is posing the exact same way in every shot and in the same angle- i felt that there should have been at least one angle shot that should be different.
