An example from the Revenge of the Geeks was how it talked about outsiders being more successful in life after high school.Difference is a strength, it is a strength because they are being themselves and are not getting carried away by trying to act the same as others so they can fit in the group.

- -"They are more likely to drink and engage in other risky behaviors."
- -"That popularity in high school necessarily leads to mediocrity or worse in adulthood."
- -" Psychologists point out that high-status cliques teach the exclusionary behavior that may be the foundation for eventual racism, anti-Semitism, sexism, and other forms of bigotry."
-For the fist example that I chose it because when students are popular they think that their popularity can gain if they make fun of others that they think they cant reach their level and because they think they prove people that they are strong.
-For the second one that outsiders can be more successful in life in the future because they are depending on themselves and they are learning from their own mistakes compared to the popular ones because the popular ones have others do their work and that meaning that they will never learn to do things.
-For the third example for the more known people they might get into aggression cause they might want to prove to others that they aren't afraid and so they can demonstrate others thta no one messes with them.
-For the fourth example it is basically referring to the previous ones they tend to drink and take risky behaviors because some might think that if they talk back to older or not do the right thing more people would want to hangout with them.
-For the fifth example high school popularity can lead to bad adulthood because the way you act thru high school will show the type of person you will be on the future, and because its all about the way they act and the actions that they take.
-For the 6 final example it talks about how older people such as parents and staff from school they even see how bully and just not treating others right the way they want to be treated can lead to racism, anti-Semitism, sexism, and other forms of bigotry, and i these kind of problems can just keep getting worse and worse in the future because of the our society the way we live is now these days.
All of this refers back to how sameness is not a strength it is just bad it isn't good it is better when people are different and are proud of that because outsiders tend to become more successful in the future.
