Breakfast is something you have in the morning so you can have a great day. For breakfast you should have is weet-bix or a cup of tea like milo but you should not have to much sugar because it can make you get diabetes.
For morning tea you should have something that looks really small and something that is healthy like fruits or healthy bars. Eating healthy is part having strong bones and being smart.

For lunch we should have a healthy Sandwich and a healthy sushi. Those food are really good for your eye contact and good for your brain
Dinner
For dinner we should have something that suits you for you big healthy meal. The meal that you should have must be colour full and like the colour full Vegetables.
dessert
For Dessert you can have a bit of sweets like Ice cream or Ice cream chocolate cake. you can have any thing but not too much because you will not be able to run or play at school or you might get sick.
