 Tornado
Rising air with an updraft tilts the rotating air from horizontal to vertical. An area of rotation, 2-6 miles wide, now spreads through much of the storm. If this column gets caught in a super-cell updraft, the updraft tightens the spin and it speeds up.

They form near the equator over warm ocean waters. You need very warm weather and wind.

Blizzard

Warm air must rise over cold air. Winds pull cold air toward the equator from the poles and bring warm air toward the poles from the equator.
HAil

When thunderstorms upward draft is strong enough to carry hailstone
Clouds
When warm air rises, it expands and cools. Cool air can't hold as much water vapor as warm air, so vapor condenses into pieces of dust that are floating in the air. When billions of these droplets come together they become a visible cloud.

Fog
When the air is full of moisture and the temperature drops, fog or mist happen. Fog or mist is a cloud at ground level. Fog is made up of countless tiny droplets of water in the air. Light passing through fog spreads it out
ThunderStorm
You need moisture, unstable air and lift. You need moisture to form clouds and rain. You need unstable air that is warm and can rise fast.
ice
When water gets colder than 32 degrees Fahrenheit or zero degrees Celsius, it freezes into ice. Water gets colder, the molecules of water lose their energy and freezes.

SandStorm
List of newspapers in the World by circulation and Newspaper circulation
Strong dry wind blowing over the desert that raises and carries along clouds of sand or dust. Such a wind is usually the result of convection currents created by intense heating of the ground.

Drought
Can be caused by not receiving rain or snow over a period of time Mostly changes in wind patterns.
