Who is he?
Noam Chomsky grew up in a household of scholars. With his mother and father both being instructors, he was early emerged into linguistics. The historical period he lived through interested Chomsky in politics and social reform. His mother was an activist which influenced his thinking further. He disliked school, but found enjoyment in learning from books.
