Youtube: to allow our media product to be effective, we decided to research into past media texts from other artists as well as past A2 level media students work. We used youtube to research these videos mainly as a form of inspiration as we wanted to create a media text that was professional, however as well as this we wanted to research into products that had the same story line to see what sort of unique things we were able to create and by researching into similar products we were able to see what we could change and how.We used the inspiration from the previous A2 work to come up with the idea of the time-lapse and decided this would be an inventive way to reveal how Tavonga was waiting a long time for the female character to text back. As well as this, we also used Youtube as a form of transferring our footage onto our blogs, we able to transport our media text and videos such as our focus group.

Internet; I found the internet to be the main source of information finding as it carried a lot of websites that i was able to search from. I used multiple websites to search things such as costume inspiration from looking at artists such as Kanye West and Justin Bieber as well as this i was able to find information about DefJam and help me understand the sort of artists that they help. I was also able to use the internet to search other information about R&B such as knowledge on location.

Social Network: I used social networking sites such as Instagam and twitter to gain knowledge mainly of Tavonga's personal life and used his instagram to gain an understanding of his personal fashion preferences, although i knew Tavonga on a personal level from high school, i needed his social networking sites to understand his life now as i hadn't seen him since year 11. I followed artists such as Chris Brown and found picture of Justin Bieber and Kanye West through Facebook, twitter and Instagram from their personal profiles.

Iphone/Ipad: We used iphone and ipads to film focus groups as they were products that had good quality and were able to capture sound .

Production I used this software to film all the footage that we had from this media product. We used the phones to film all the footage from the music video as we found it to have the best quality. We initially used the ipad's to film however we found usually that the quality wasn't as good as an IPhone 5C/S. The iPhone was used to film footage such as the time-lapse as we knew that this iPhone already had the software built into it. We also used our phones to film both focus groups and were able to use our leads to transfer all these over to the macs. Another positive in using these were that they were able to be used on a tri-pod which meant that we were able to create smooth shots without creating unprofessional footage, we used the tri-pods in both focus groups as well as out filming footage.

Evaluation For my evaluation, I decided to use multiple ways of presenting it so that I would widen my knowledge of different technologies, I firstly used question 1 on a slideshare and used powerpoint to create this, I decided to use this as I wanted question 1 to be presented in a simple and easy way that would be easy to follow and understand, I used a simple red based theme so that the writing would be clear and concise through out. On question two, I had done this with out using any technologies, however made a spider diagram typed presentation by cutting out my paragraphs, I found this way to be an inventive and easy way to present my finding, I took pictures of this and placed in on my blog. For question3, I decided to do a simple blog post as I found that the information I had to be simple and easy to follow and dint want any complications when reading it and finally I used ‘Emaze’ as a way of presenting my question 4, and used a certain road theme as it represented how I had developed my skills over time.
